### Overall Financial Performance

Capri Holdings Limited reported total revenue of $769 million, marking a 3.5% decrease compared to the prior year, or 4.1% on a constant currency basis. Gross profit was $500 million, achieving a gross margin of 65.0%, an improvement from $502 million and 63.0% in the prior year. Income from operations stood at $17 million, with an operating margin of 2.2%, up from $16 million and 2.0% in the prior year. Adjusted income from operations reached $28 million, resulting in an adjusted operating margin of 3.6%, compared to $20 million and 2.5% in the prior year. Net income was $69 million, an increase from $56 million in the prior year, while adjusted net income was $76 million, up from $60 million in the prior year.

Net inventory as of June 27, 2026, was $624 million, representing a 20% decrease compared to the prior year. Cash flow provided by operating activities for the first quarter was $73 million. Capital expenditures amounted to $25 million, leading to a free cash flow of $48 million. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $114 million. Total borrowings outstanding were $338 million. Net debt was $224 million as of June 27, 2026, a significant reduction from $1.5 billion as of June 28, 2025.

Gross profit was $377 million, with a gross margin of 63.9%, compared to $388 million and 61.1% in the prior year. Operating income for the segment was $55 million, resulting in an operating margin of 9.3%, compared to $63 million and 9.9% in the prior year. 

### Jimmy Choo Segment

The Jimmy Choo segment reported revenue of $179 million, an increase of 10.5% compared to the prior year, or 9.3% on a constant currency basis. Regional revenue included $58 million from the Americas, $82 million from EMEA, and $39 million from Asia. Gross profit was $123 million, with a gross margin of 68.7%, compared to $114 million and 70.4% in the prior year. Operating income was $13 million, resulting in an operating margin of 7.3%, compared to $4 million and 2.5% in the prior year.

As of June 27, 2026, Capri Holdings Limited operated a total of 871 retail stores, comprising 662 for Michael Kors and 209 for Jimmy Choo. 

### Outlook / Guidance

Capri Holdings Limited anticipates fiscal year 2027 total revenue of approximately $3.4 billion and diluted earnings per share of approximately $2.15, representing 40% growth over the prior year. For the second quarter of fiscal 2027, the company expects total revenue of approximately $780 million and diluted earnings per share of approximately $0.20. The Michael Kors revenue outlook is affected by lower than anticipated inventory levels and softer trends in EMEA, while Jimmy Choo is projected to continue its growth and return to profitability.
