NiSource Inc. reported a decrease in net income available to common shareholders on a GAAP basis for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with earnings of $45.5 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, compared to $102.2 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, in the same period of 2025. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, NiSource's net income available to common shareholders was $556.
