#### Revenue

Total revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, was $82,648 thousand, a decrease of 16% year-over-year. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, total revenue was $192,179 thousand, an increase of 11% compared to the same period in 2025.

Charging network revenue increased by 19% year-over-year to $61,421 thousand in Q2 2026. Year-to-date, charging network revenue increased by 18% to $117,138 thousand.

Non-charging network revenue decreased by 54% year-over-year to $21,227 thousand for Q2 2026. This included eXtend revenue of $18,017 thousand (-52% YoY) and AV and ancillary revenue of $3,210 thousand (-64% YoY).

#### Operational Metrics

Network throughput reached 99 GWh in Q2 2026, an increase of 13% year-over-year, and 190 GWh year-to-date, an increase of 10%. EVgo, Inc. ended the second quarter with 5,380 stalls in operation, an increase of 24% year-over-year, including 3,930 EVgo public network stalls (up 13%), 120 EVgo AV network stalls (up 9%), and 1,330 EVgo eXtend™ stalls (up 75%).

EVgo, Inc. added 280 new DC fast charging stalls during the quarter, offset by 175 removals of legacy equipment. Average daily throughput per stall for the EVgo public network was 276 kilowatt hours per day in Q2 2026, compared to 281 kilowatt hours per day in Q2 2025.

Over 99,000 new customer accounts were added in the second quarter, bringing the total to over 1.8 million customer accounts. As of July 31, 2026, there were 240 NACS connectors in operation, and EVgo, Inc. and Tesla signed an agreement to deploy EVgo-owned and branded V4 Superchargers starting in 2026.

#### 2026 Guidance

EVgo, Inc. updated its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting total new stalls of 1,350 to 1,625. Total revenue is projected to be between $400 million and $430 million, with Adjusted EBITDA anticipated to be - $25 million to - $5 million. The company expects the first and fourth quarters of 2026 to be the strongest for non-charging revenue.
