According to Digital Brands Group, this offer represents a 258% premium over its stock's current trading price of $21.63. Digital Brands Group hasn't confirmed whether it will accept the offer. Instead, its Board of Directors has reached out to a financial advisor to evaluate the offer.

Digital Brands Group warned shareholders that there's no guarantee that a deal will result from this offer. It also stated that it hasn't set a timetable for completing its review of the offer.
