Key drivers include robust customer growth, high expansion rates, and early momentum from new platform offerings like QuickFrame AI. The recommendation is further supported by reaffirmed FY26 targets, a new $100M share buyback program, and undemanding valuation multiples."

Matthew Weber has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, starting with MNTN’s strong Q2 performance, where both revenue and adjusted EBITDA exceeded the midpoint of management guidance and matched or beat Street expectations. Customer growth was robust, expansion rates remained well above 115%, and gross margin improvement reinforced the company’s ability to scale profitably as it builds out its sales organization and product suite ahead of an anticipated second-half acceleration.

Weber also highlights the early momentum of the new three-tier platform, particularly the Express offering for small businesses and the scaling adoption of QuickFrame AI, which together lay the groundwork for incremental growth into 2027. With Q3 guidance broadly in line with consensus, FY26 targets reaffirmed, a newly authorized $100M share repurchase program, and the stock trading at what he views as undemanding multiples of FY26 revenue and EBITDA, he believes execution on the roadmap should support a rerating, justifying his unchanged $18 price target and Buy recommendation.

According to TipRanks, Weber is a 2-star analyst with an average return of 3.5% and a 66.67% success rate.
