# GPU/CPU Sector Slumps in Overnight Session, AMD Down Over 1%, NVDA Near 2%

During the overnight session on August 5, the GPU/CPU sector broadly declined with cautious market sentiment. As of press time, most major stocks recorded losses: **AMD.US** fell 1.05% to $477.05; **NVDA.US** dropped 0.15% to $218.88 after touching an intraday high of $222.22; **INTC.US** underperformed with a 1.78% decline to $99.26.
