Stifel Nicolaus analyst Simon Yarmak maintained a Buy rating on Kimco Realty yesterday and set a price target of $27.25.

According to TipRanks, Yarmak is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 9.1% and a 62.70% success rate. Yarmak covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Pebblebrook Hotel, Diamondrock, and Chatham Lodging.

In addition to Stifel Nicolaus, Kimco Realty also received a Buy from Piper Sandler’s Alexander Goldfarb in a report issued yesterday. However, on the same day, Truist Financial maintained a Hold rating on Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM).
