# Citi Raises Zai Lab Limited  TP to USD45, Expects China Business to Stabilize in 2H26

Citi said in a report that ZAI LAB (09688.HK) +2.220 (+15.279%) Short selling $33.58M; Ratio 40.908% 's product revenue for 2Q improved by about 11% QoQ to about USD106 million, in line with the broker's and market expectations, giving the broker greater confidence that its China business can stabilize in 2H26 and resume significant growth in 2027 in line with management guidance.

The broker said the focus is increasingly shifting to upcoming pipeline catalysts and continues to view zoci as the key value driver. The broker raised its US stock TP for Zai Lab Limited (ZLAB.US) from USD44 to USD45, factoring in the impact after Tivdak received approval from the National Medical Products Administration, partly offset by lower FY2026 KarXT revenue and assumed pricing pressure on Vyvgart due to national healthcare insurance negotiations for the subcutaneous formulation in 2027.
