Justin Walsh has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, most notably Definium Therapeutics’ strong clinical and financial positioning. The company recently bolstered its balance sheet to roughly $1.1 billion in cash via an equity offering, which management believes can support operations into 2030 and fully fund DT120 through several pivotal milestones across multiple large neuropsychiatric indications.

In addition, highly compelling Emerge Phase II results in MDD, alongside robust prior Phase IIb data in GAD, underpin high expectations for the imminent Phase III Voyage and Panorama readouts, as well as later-stage programs in MDD and PTSD. While Walsh acknowledges that regulatory uncertainty around psychedelic-based therapies remains a key risk, he views DT120’s differentiated efficacy profile and the upcoming series of value-creating catalysts as sufficient justification to reiterate a Buy rating and maintain the $74 price target, unchanged from prior estimates.

In another report released today, Piper Sandler also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $75.00 price target.
