Explore TARK & SARK ## **ARK Adds More SpaceX Shares** ARK Invest bought 114,815 SpaceX shares through the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) on August 7, worth about $13.2 million. SpaceX stock jumped 15.83% that day as it recovered from its post-earnings pullback. SpaceX reported its first results as a public company on August 4. Revenue rose 92% year over year to $7.8 billion, beating Wall Street's $6.93 billion estimate. The company also reported a loss of $0.09 per share, narrower than the expected $0.26 loss. The stock had fallen after the report as investors focused on higher AI infrastructure spending. It then rebounded after the August 6 lock-up expiration passed without heavy selling. About 911.5 million shares became eligible for trading. Argus analyst Steven Silver also upgraded the stock to Buy from Hold and set a $160 price target. He said SpaceX's first earnings report as a public company showed "strong operational performance" and that its "robust growth outlook" outweighs concerns over higher-than-expected AI infrastructure spending. ## **Wood Adds to Her Crypto Bets** ARK also bought more Coinbase and Circle Internet Group shares on August 7. It purchased 59,668 Coinbase shares worth about $8.7 million and 313,764 Circle shares worth nearly $19.9 million. Both stocks rose on Friday. Coinbase gained 5.63%, while Circle climbed 5.36%. The purchases come as Wood remains bullish on the broader crypto market. She expects Bitcoin to reach $1.25 million within five years, citing rising institutional adoption and a more supportive regulatory climate. ## **Cloudflare Gets a $32 Million ARK Bet** Cloudflare was ARK's largest purchase on Friday. The firm bought 114,134 shares worth about $32.5 million through ARKK. The purchase came after the company reported second-quarter revenue of $696.1 million, up 35.9% year over year. Cloudflare also raised its full-year revenue forecast to between $2.864 billion and $2.870 billion. The company said higher enterprise spending on AI infrastructure is lifting demand for its cloud networking and security products. Its stock jumped more than 16% in pre-market trading before paring its gains and closing about 6% higher at $300.27. ## **Wall Street's Take on These Stocks** We used the TipRanks Stock Comparison Tool to assess Wall Street's view of these stocks.
