Last Friday, the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average both hit record closing highs, while the Nasdaq Composite rose more than 1%. For the week, US crude oil fell nearly 8%, and gold futures surged more than 7%. US Non-Farm Employment unexpectedly decreased by 23,000 in July, following a downward revision of 103,000 jobs for the previous two months. The unemployment rate in July dropped to a more than one-year low of 4.1%. Iran and Oman have yet to reach a final agreement on reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Iran refused direct negotiations with the US. Trump stated he is handling the Iran issue "low-key" and prefers increasing economic pressure. The US Senate passed a temporary funding bill, temporarily averting the risk of a government shutdown. China's CPI year-on-year growth narrowed to 0.5% in July, while PPI rose 3.5% year-on-year. AI-driven tablet prices increased 11.3% month-on-month. The People's Bank of China increased its gold reserves for the 21st consecutive month, accelerating purchases in July. UNITREE began subscription on the STAR Market on Monday, with an issue price of 150.80 yuan per share. Moore Threads' revenue surged 147% in the first half of the year, with a significant narrowing of net losses, as it plans to issue H-shares for a listing in Hong Kong. Cambricon's revenue and net profit both doubled in the first half of the year. China Rare Earth's net profit increased by 46.5% in the first half of the year, with cash flow surging 1658%, marking a significant improvement in profitability for its core business. The world's largest semiconductor ETF manager stated that CXMT Technology could be included in its ETFs as early as the end of September. Berkshire Hathaway's Q2 net profit doubled, with quarterly buybacks reaching their highest level in five years, and Google entering the top five holdings.
