# Replimune Group Prices Underwritten Offering Of 9.70 Mln Shares At $12.06/Shr; Shares Up

On Monday, Replimune Group, Inc. (REPL), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, priced its underwritten offering of 9.70 million common shares at $12.06 per share, plus pre-funded warrants for 2.74 million shares at $12.0599 per warrant.

The gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $150 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. 

The offering is expected to close on August 11.

On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 11.18 percent higher at $13.41.
