# Intel is reportedly planning to expand its stock issuance scale to raise $20 billion

According to informed sources, Intel Corporation is planning to increase the fundraising scale of this stock offering to approximately $20 billion, which is one-third higher than the target scale announced when the transaction was disclosed on Monday morning.

The sources indicated that the pricing for this issuance is expected to be at $95 per share or higher; due to the information not being publicly disclosed, the sources requested anonymity. Based on calculations, this pricing represents a 6.5% discount compared to last Friday's closing price.

One of the informed sources stated that if the overallotment option is exercised, the fundraising scale is expected to further exceed $20 billion. The subscription demand generated from this stock offering has already surpassed $100 billion.
