# Citi Initiates TSUGAMI CHI-500  at Buy, TP HKD72

Citi issued a report initiating coverage on TSUGAMI CHI-500 (01651.HK) +2.100 (+3.811%) Short selling $20.04M; Ratio 32.690% with a "Buy/High Risk" rating and a TP of HKD72, expecting the company to benefit from strong growth in capital expenditure from the electronics and AI liquid-cooling industries. These two sectors together account for about 40% of new orders, surpassing the automotive industry's less than 30% share.

In addition, the broker expected humanoid robots to become the next major growth driver, although they currently contribute only around 2% of orders. Potential inclusion in the Stock Connect scheme could also serve as a near-term positive catalyst for the stock.
