Mitchell Kapoor has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that underscore Damora Therapeutics’ differentiated clinical strategy and risk‑reward profile. He highlights that the CLARITY‑101 study starts at a 100 mg once‑monthly subcutaneous dose, which is intended to reach therapeutic levels early and immediately test the central thesis of convenient monthly dosing while generating meaningful data on pharmacokinetics, safety, and subtype‑specific responses.

Kapoor also notes that DMR‑001’s preclinical advantages over the reference antibody—stronger Type 2 binding, greater anti‑proliferative activity, and a longer half‑life—support the potential for competitive efficacy with a simpler chronic‑use regimen. In his view, matching Type 1 efficacy already seen with a leading competitor, combined with potentially better non‑Type 1 activity and a low‑volume monthly autoinjector, positions Damora for attractive upside as mid‑2027 proof‑of‑concept data approach, justifying the reiterated Buy rating and unchanged $45 price target.
