# Why Is Life360 Stock Falling Tuesday?

**Life360 Inc.** (NASDAQ:LIF) stock fell Tuesday despite the company reporting better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

## Life360 Beats Q2 Estimates, Maintains Outlook

Life360 reported second-quarter earnings of 6 cents per share, beating the 1-cent estimate. Revenue rose to $158.96 million, topping expectations of $156.39 million.

However, the company maintained its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $650 million to $685 million. The midpoint of $667.5 million is below the $670.24 million analyst estimate.

Following the results, **Evercore ISI** maintained an Outperform rating on Life360 but lowered its price forecast to $66 from $68.

## Subscription Growth Drives Revenue

Chief Financial Officer **Russell Burke** said quarterly revenue rose 38% year over year to $159 million, while annualized monthly revenue increased 29% to $537.2 million.

Burke said subscription growth remained strong globally. Advertising revenue reached a record $22 million as the company’s advertising platform gained momentum following its integration.

## Life360 Stock Breaks Below Key Levels

Tuesday’s selloff pushed Life360 shares below several closely watched moving averages.

The stock traded about 13% below its 20-day simple moving average and nearly 8% below its 50-day average. It was also about 14% below its 200-day average.

The shares have fallen more than 34% over the past 12 months.

The moving average convergence divergence, or MACD, is below its signal line. The negative histogram also points to weaker momentum.

Resistance sits near $57, while support is around $48.50.

**LIF Price Action:** Life360 shares were down 25.48% at $50.20 at the time of publication Tuesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
