# Snail (SNAL) Stock Falls 31% After Hours: Here Is Why the Stock Is Dropping

**Snail Inc** (NASDAQ:SNAL) shares fell 30.72% in Tuesday’s after-hours trading after the company reported second-quarter 2026 financial results.

The stock closed Tuesday’s regular session up 1.55% at $4.59 before falling to $3.18 in after-hours trading.

Snail is a global developer and publisher of interactive digital entertainment, with a portfolio that includes the ARK franchise and other games.

## Q2 Revenue, Bookings Decline

Snail reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $19.7 million, compared with $22.2 million in the same period last year.

The company said the decline was primarily driven by lower sales of ARK: Survival Ascended, ARK: Survival Evolved and ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition, partially offset by higher revenue from Bellwright.

Bookings fell to $21.8 million from $27.1 million a year earlier, primarily due to lower sales of ARK: Survival Ascended and ARK: Survival Evolved. Total units sold declined to 2 million from 2.1 million.

Snail reported a net loss of $3 million, compared with a $16.6 million loss in the year-ago quarter. The company said the improvement was primarily driven by a reduction in the income tax provision and higher gross profit.
