Share Buyback Transaction Details August 6 – August 12, 2026
Alphen aan den Rijn – August 13, 2026 - Wolters Kluwer (Euronext: WKL), a global leader in professional information solutions, software and services, today reports that it has repurchased 28,866 of its own ordinary shares in the period from August 6, 2026, up to and including August 12, 2026, for €2.0 million and at an average share price of €70.34.
These repurchases are part of the share buyback program announced on February 25, 2026, under which we intend to repurchase shares for up to €500 million during 2026.
The cumulative amounts repurchased in the year to date under this program are as follows:
