# UBS Sticks to Its Buy Rating for Equity Residential (EQR)

In a report released today, Michael Goldsmith from UBS maintained a Buy rating on Equity Residential, with a price target of $73.00.

Goldsmith covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Extra Space Storage, Public Storage, and Kite Realty Group. According to TipRanks, Goldsmith has an average return of 5.4% and a 62.94% success rate on recommended stocks. 

In addition to UBS, Equity Residential also received a Buy from Bank of America Securities’s Jana Galan in a report issued today. However, on August 7, Evercore ISI maintained a Hold rating on Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR).
