# [Corporate Profit Warning] Z FIN expects mid-term losses to decrease to no more than 200 million yuan

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 14th, ZFIN (01168) announced that it expects a mid-term loss not exceeding HKD 200 million for the period ending June 30, narrowing from a loss of approximately HKD 507 million in the same period last year.

The group indicated that the main reason for the reduction in losses was the recognition of a non-recurring fair value loss on convertible bonds of approximately HKD 490 million in the same period last year; the profit from property sales and the fair value of investment properties significantly decreased during the period.
