# Thunder Bridge Capital Partners V, Ltd. Announces Closing  of $300.15 Million Initial Public Offering, Including Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

On August 14, 2026, Thunder Bridge Capital Partners V, Ltd. closed its initial public offering of 30,015,000 units at $10.00 per unit, including 3,915,000 units from the underwriters' over-allotment option. The units, trading as "TBCVU" on Nasdaq since August 13, 2026, consist of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant. Each full warrant allows the holder to buy one Class A ordinary share at $11.50, subject to adjustments. After separate trading, Class A ordinary shares and warrants will be listed on Nasdaq as "TBCV" and "TBCVW" respectively.
