# TGS Awards Performance Share Units and Restricted Share Units

In Oslo, Norway on August 17, 2026, TGS granted Performance Share Units (PSUs) and Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to 293 key employees, following approval from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2026. The award includes PSUs and RSUs, some of which may be backed by the Company's treasury stock, while others are supported by free-standing warrants. These warrants can be converted into shares of the Company's common stock upon vesting of the PSUs and RSUs. Each PSU allows the holder to receive up to 1.5 shares, whereas each RSU entitles the holder to one share.
