(QBTS), a quantum computing company that offers both annealing and gate-model systems, has added veteran finance executive Kevan P. Krysler to its board and Audit Committee. He currently serves as CFO of Carbon Robotics and previously served as CFO at Everpure (P). Earlier, he was senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at VMware and spent 18 years at KPMG, including nine years as a partner working with technology companies. That experience is especially relevant because Krysler is joining D-Wave's Audit Committee. The company highlighted his background in public-company reporting, global financial operations, growth strategy and risk management.
