Even calling it "full" self-driving is a bit of a misnomer, as it requires constant attention and babysitting just to keep it from doing something preposterous. Something preposterous like what happened recently to a user, when an FSD-driven Tesla tried to drive into a ditch for no apparent reason. The car reportedly tried to take an exit off the highway that it had already passed, and tried to execute that maneuver at 68 miles per hour. This combination of measures nearly sent the Tesla into a ditch, and only the driver's active supervision prevented the accident from happening. Worse yet, the driver described the maneuver as taking place on a divided highway, with little traffic, well-lit signs and "crisp lane markings." ## **Charging More Than Your Tesla** We know that, in a pinch, it is possible to use a Tesla as a means to power a house. With this in mind, it seems like an easy, organic move to power other individual gadgets instead. The Model Y recently got a new adapter that will allow it to recharge things like laptops and phones while driving. The adapter sells for $80, reports note, though users will need to have the Gen 3 Mobile Connector in order to use it. This leaves several models out of the running, but for those who have it—or those who are looking for a new Tesla altogether—it could influence buying decisions thanks to newfound versatility. ## **Is Tesla a Buy, Hold or Sell?** Turning to Wall Street, analysts have a Hold consensus rating on TSLA stock based on 10 Buys, 15 Holds, and three Sells assigned in the past three months, as indicated by the graphic below.
