After a loss in New Mexico two weeks ago, this trial includes 29 state attorneys in a unified case. - **META** has suffered on the charts since climbing to a record high just shy of $800 last year, now off 14% for 2026. The $600 level has rejected numerous breakout attempts over the past week. ## Investors Can't Get Enough AI - As earnings season winds down and not much remains on the docket this week, investors are turning to artificial intelligence to fill the gaps. The AI sector is enjoying a Monday surge, with the likes of **Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU)** getting **an additional boost** from news that Apple (AAPL) won't be permitted to buy memory chips from Chinese manufacturers. - A frequent flyer on Google Trends, MU was last seen up 4.8% as it enjoys a 260% gain for 2026. Today's jump is also pushing the shares for a close above the round $1,000 mark for the first time since early July. ## SpaceX Continues to Make Noise - We **can't seem to shake Space Exploration Technologies Corp (NASDAQ:SPCX)** or Elon Musk. Musk's latest project has managed to climb 20% so far in August. - Saturday, Musk said he expects SpaceX to hit a recurring annual revenue of $100 billion by the end of 2026 and $1 trillion by the end of 2030.
