# Gaxos.ai Inc. Raises $3.6 Million in Gross Proceeds from Warrant Exercise Transaction

In Roseland, NJ on Aug. 17, 2026, Gaxos.ai Inc. (NASDAQ: GXAI) revealed the completion of the exercise of outstanding warrants. The warrants allowed the purchase of up to 3,007,654 common stock shares initially issued in Dec. 2024 and Sep. 2024. These warrants had exercise prices between $2.33 to $3.32 per share, now reduced to $1.20 per share. The common stock shares available upon warrant exercise are registered under Form S-1 (No. 333-292709) and Form S-3 (File No. 333-282739).
