# XTI Aerospace CEO Scott Pomeroy Steps Down; Names Schneiderman Interim CEO; Shares Down

On Tuesday, XTI Aerospace, Inc. (XTIA), the parent company of Drone Nerds, LLC, announced the resignation of Scott Pomeroy as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The Board appointed Jeremy Schneiderman as Interim CEO, and elected Jonathan Ornstein as Interim Chairman.

Schneiderman has served as CEO of Drone Nerds since 2014, helping grow the company into a leading U.S. provider of enterprise drone solutions. With over a decade of UAV industry experience, he specializes in drone program development, platform selection, training, integration, and long-term support.

On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 8.24 percent lower at $8.29.
