# Haemonetics Shares Hit New 52-Week High: What's Happening?

Shares of **Haemonetics Corp** (NYSE:HAE) are trading higher Tuesday afternoon following news of a significant commercial agreement.

## **Key Terms and Implementation**

The Boston-based medical technology provider disclosed that it has executed a supply agreement with **CSL Plasma Inc.**, enabling CSL to adopt Haemonetics’ NexSys PCS devices paired with Persona PLUS technology across its U.S. network.

Under the terms of the agreement finalized on Aug. 14, CSL Plasma may utilize the advanced devices and purchase related single-use disposables across its U.S. collection centers. The arrangement operates on a non-exclusive basis and contains no minimum purchase commitments. Haemonetics anticipates that CSL will transition a portion of its domestic locations to the platform.

However, the company refrained from adjusting its existing fiscal 2027 financial guidance. Management noted in an SEC filing that the precise scope and implementation schedule remain pending, with an official update on financial impacts slated for its second-quarter earnings call in November.

Following the announcement, BTIG analyst Marie Thibault reiterated a Buy rating on Haemonetics shares and raised the firm’s price target on the stock from $96 to $110.
