# YMTC IPO Tutoring Status Changed to 'Tutoring Acceptance'

The IPO tutoring status of Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (YMTC) has been changed to "Tutoring Acceptance", and the tutoring brokers are CITIC Securities and China Securities, as revealed by disclosures on the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Samsung maintained its lead with a 25% shipment share, followed by SK hynix Inc. (SKHY.US) at 22%, according to Counterpoint Research's latest 2Q26 memory and storage market tracking report. YMTC ranked third with a 14% share, slightly surpassing Kioxia, while Micron Technology, Inc. (MU.US) ranked fifth.
