Those numbers represent a cut of about 40 percent in the IPO’s size. Market Cap: $1.89 billion** **Lyntris’ IPO is set to start trading tomorrow – Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026 – on the NYSE.** **Evercore ISI and Citigroup led the joint book-running team. Guggenheim Partners, BofA Securities, Baird, Raymond James and William Blair also served as joint book-runners.** **Note: Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, created Lyntris this year – 2026 – by combining two other firms in a rollup.** **Lyntris (LYNX Proposed) was cut in size *and* price – to reflect the late afternoon price talk.** **“It should work,” a veteran IPO pro says.** **Falls Church, Virginia-based Lyntris Inc. provides solutions for defense tech connectivity for military customers, including the U.S Department of Defense and U.S. allies, the prospectus said. Its solutions focus on three areas: sensor architecture; sensor hardware, and data software platforms.
