# CLSA Initiates BEKE-W  at Outperform, TP HKD61

CLSA released a report stating that as China's property market normalizes, new home sales bottom out and secondary home transactions remain resilient, BEKE-W (02423.HK) +0.740 (+1.683%) Short selling $16.02M; Ratio 22.146% is well positioned to capture transaction volume growth. The broker forecast the company's earnings CAGR for FY2025-2028 to reach 27%. It initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and a TP of HKD61.

The report noted that China's property market is showing signs of stabilization, with growth in the secondary market offsetting weakness in primary home sales. It forecast that the national new home sales market will decline 4% in 2026, followed by annual growth of 5% from 2026 to 2028. The value of secondary home transactions is expected to rise 2% in 2026 and remain broadly stable through 2028, as structural growth is offset by demand returning to the primary market.
