Moderna and its partner Merck announced a research result on Wednesday: the phase III study of their jointly developed personalized mRNA tumor vaccine intismeran autogene combined with pembrolizumab confirmed that this combination regimen significantly reduces the risk of postoperative recurrence in melanoma patients compared to standard monotherapy with pembrolizumab, and effectively inhibits tumor metastasis to distant organs.
