# The Four Industries Most Impacted by AI So Far Have Emerged!

AI has not yet had a significant impact on the overall labor market in developed economies, as its adoption rate remains relatively low (around 20%), and emerging jobs (such as data center construction) appear to offset the decline in roles heavily affected by artificial intelligence.

Although the overall impact has been minimal so far, Goldman Sachs also pointed out that four job markets have been significantly negatively affected by AI-driven disintermediation: call centers, software publishing, management consulting, and the advertising industry.
