# Trending | NBIS Plummets 9% on Wednesday, Some Put options Soar 1000%

On August 19, Eastern Time, Nebius options saw a total of 345771 contracts traded, with calls accounting for 53% and puts making up 46%.

Nebius has 1491048 contracts outstanding, with calls accounting for 50% and puts making up 49%.

The top volume gainer was the 250 dollars Call option expiring on August 21, 2026, with 14348 contracts traded.

On the news front, NBIS fell from $268.85 to $223.90 in three days. Aug 19 volume hit 50.4M, coinciding with a 1000% surge in put options. Heavy selling and derivatives positioning drove the drop.
