# JD-SW  to Invest HKD10 Billion Resources in Robotics Sector, Establish 80 RoboBase Robotics Bases

JD-SW (09618.HK) +3.100 (+2.753%) Short selling $208.89M; Ratio 19.682% served as a global strategic partner at the World Robot Conference 2026 (WRC 2026) and unveiled its robotics strategic roadmap.

Under the plan, JD-SW will invest HKD10 billion resources in the robotics sector to help 100 brands achieve independent sales exceeding RMB1 billion. Currently, JD-SW has partnered with more than 200 robotics brands and numerous core robotics component companies through its direct sales model, serving personal and household consumption while covering multiple sectors including retail, healthcare, industrial and logistics. JD Europe's Joybuy has also established partnerships with more than 50 Chinese robotics brands, enabling overseas consumers to experience China's smart technologies.

On the service front, JD-SW plans to establish after-sales service capabilities covering more than 100 countries globally over the next five years, creating more than 100,000 new jobs for robotics after-sales service engineers. It will also establish 80 RoboBase robotics bases to build a full lifecycle robotics service platform.

On the technology front, JD-SW's embodied intelligence platform JoyInside is expected to connect more than 10 million terminal devices, including robotics products, within the year. JD Cloud plans to accumulate more than 10 million hours of real-world scenario data within two years.
