# CLSA Cuts Weibo Corporation  TP to USD8, Maintains Outperform Rating

CLSA issued a research report saying that despite macro headwinds, WB-SW (09898.HK) -1.150 (-1.964%) Short selling $618.63K; Ratio 8.958% 's 2Q results beat expectations, but the company will face multiple challenges in 3Q, which are expected to significantly weigh on performance.

CLSA expected Weibo's total revenue for 3Q to decrease 4% YoY, with gross margin forecast to fall below 70% and adjusted operating margin estimated at 16%. The broker lowered its adjusted net profit forecasts for Weibo for 2026 and 2027 by 13% and 6%, respectively, to reflect various investment needs. It also cut the US stock TP for Weibo Corporation (WB.US) from USD8.5 to USD8, while maintaining the "Outperform" rating.
