# Daiwa Raises KINGSOFT CLOUD  TP to HKD13, Maintains Buy Rating

Daiwa said in a research report that KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896.HK) +0.465 (+8.274%) Short selling $40.82M; Ratio 6.305% 's 2Q results beat expectations, particularly in terms of profitability, driven by strong growth in its AI cloud business and improved operating efficiency, which lifted gross margin and adjusted EBITDA margin significantly above market expectations.

The broker expected a more optimistic outlook for KINGSOFT CLOUD as demand remains solid, estimating that growth momentum will accelerate in 2H26, while margins will also expand slightly.

The broker raised its revenue forecasts for KINGSOFT CLOUD for FY2026-28 by 2% to 28% to reflect a stronger AI cloud growth outlook.
