# Cathie Wood Sends Fresh Warning on AMD Stock

Advanced Micro Devices shares faced another selling signal from Cathie Wood's Ark Invest, as one of the firm's exchange-traded funds reduced its position in the chipmaker by 3,679 shares.

The transaction was valued at about $1.8 million based on AMD's closing price of $484.39. Ark's latest move also followed roughly $13.1 million in AMD shares sold a day earlier.

The repeated selling adds to recent changes in Ark's AMD exposure as investors weigh the chipmaker's growth prospects and financing activity. AMD recently completed a $4.75 billion senior notes offering, with debt maturities extending from 2029 through 2036.
