# Analyst Louie DiPalma Reiterates Buy on SpaceX, Citing Decade-Long Reusability Lead and Surging AI Revenue Prospects

William Blair analyst Louie DiPalma has maintained their bullish stance on SPCX stock, giving a Buy rating yesterday.

Louie DiPalma has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to SpaceX’s technological lead and emerging AI opportunities. He notes that while the timeline for the first Starship catch has moved from August to the coming months, the program continues to advance toward full rocket reusability, a capability where SpaceX appears to be roughly a decade ahead of competitors.

He also highlights management’s confidence in having resolved Starship’s heat-shield challenge, which is critical for high-frequency launches that can underpin orbital data centers and expanded Starlink services. Finally, DiPalma points to SpaceX’s expectation that AI-related revenue will exceed launch, Starlink, and Starshield revenue as soon as the third quarter, making the stock attractive despite recent volatility driven by the broader AI trade.

In another report released yesterday, Morgan Stanley also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $300.00 price target.
