# Union Bank of India mandates USD bonds via Dubai branch

The Union Bank of India, acting through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch, has mandated dollar-denominated Regulation S senior unsecured bonds with a tenor of three-year and/or five-years.

The bank, rated BBB (Stable) by S&P and BBB- (Stable) by Fitch, has mandated Barclays, Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income calls in Asia and Europe, commencing today.

The notes are expected to be listed on the NSE International Exchange. FCA / ICMA stabilisation applies.
