# BofAS Raises KINGSOFT CLOUD  TP to HKD11.1; 2Q Revenue Slightly Beats Expectations

BofAS issued a report saying that KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896.HK) -0.080 (-1.322%) Short selling $22.83M; Ratio 7.592% 's 2Q revenue rose 31% YoY to RMB3.07 billion, exceeding market consensus and the broker's forecasts by 1%. Adjusted EBITDA surged 171% YoY to RMB1.1 billion, beating market consensus and the broker's forecasts by 22% and 18%, respectively, while Non-GAAP net loss narrowed sharply by 80% YoY to RMB60 million.

Driven by demand for AI cloud services, the broker expected KINGSOFT CLOUD's revenue growth in 3Q26 to 4Q26 may accelerate further. It raised its Non-GAAP earnings forecasts for FY2026 to FY2028. The target price for KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896.HK) -0.080 (-1.322%) Short selling $22.83M; Ratio 7.592% was lifted from HKD10.9 to HKD11.1, while the US stock target price for Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (KC.US) was raised from USD21 to USD21.4.
