# M Stanley Raises Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited  TP to USD16 on Positive Revenue and Margin Outlook

M Stanley issued a research report stating that Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (KC.US) continues to have a positive outlook for revenue growth and profit margins. The broker raised the company's TP from USD15 to USD16 and reiterated its Overweight rating.

M Stanley said Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited management reiterated its guidance for 30% to 40% YoY revenue growth this year and indicated that revenue growth will accelerate in 2H26. Full-year gross margin is expected to be around 15%. In addition, management is highly confident that full-year adjusted operating profit margin will turn positive, while adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to be about 35%.
