# Moody's Affirms CATL  A3 Issuer Rating, Outlook Revised to Positive

Moody's announced that it affirmed the A3 issuer rating of CATL (03750.HK) +23.500 (+3.736%) Short selling $351.98M; Ratio 30.367% , while revising the outlook from "stable" to "positive".

Moody's said CATL's strengthened business profile is supported by expanding diversification across products, geographic regions and customer groups, as well as its continued technological leadership in electric vehicle and energy storage batteries. The action also reflects the company's strong financial position, supporting its progress toward a higher rating category.
