The index closed at 7,674 points, down from the all-time high of 7,820 set earlier in the month. **Nvidia** (NASDAQ:NVDA) headlines the stocks to watch this week, with **CrowdStrike** (NASDAQ:CRWD), **Salesforce** (NASDAQ:CRM) and **Workday** (NASDAQ:WDAY) also drawing investor attention. ## Workday to Publish Earnings Amid Silver Lake Acquisition Rumors Workday, a company that offers software for HR, accounting, planning, and legal solutions, will be in the spotlight this week as it publishes its earnings. These numbers come at a time when there are acquisition rumors. A recent report said that Silver Lake was in talks to acquire it, taking advantage of its cheap valuation. This rebound happened as investors bought the dip and as the SaaSPocalypse fears started to ease.  The company, which runs the biggest CRM operation, will publish its earnings this week. Analysts expect these results to show that its revenue jumped by 10% in the last quarter to $11.3 billion, with earnings per share moving from $2.91 in Q2’25 to $3.27. Salesforce has a reputation of beating analysts estimates and raising its guidance. This time, however, investors will focus on its organic growth that strips out its Informatica acquisition.It spent $8 billion for the purchase, which closed in November last year. ## CrowdStrike to Provide Insights on Demand CrowdStrike and other top cybersecurity companies have soared this year as investors predict renewed demand as hacks grow. Top AI companies like Anthropic and OpenAI have reported some hacks as their models advance. As a result, there is hope that more companies will use companies like CrowdStrike to fight against these attacks.
