# Tesla (TSLA) Beats Uber and Google with Approval for a Larger Robotaxi Fleet in Nevada

Shares in EV giant Tesla (TSLA) dropped by more than 3% to around $351 per share on Monday afternoon. This came despite Nevada's transportation authority granting the company approval to operate a fleet of up to 5,000 robotaxis. This compares to permits for a fleet of up to 1,000 robotaxis each for Google's (GOOGL) Waymo and Aviari, a subsidiary of Uber (UBER).
