Apple will expand its cooperation with Tmall in China ahead of its September 10 autumn product launch event, adding more than 20 authorized stores in China to sell official products alongside the Apple Store flagship store and open preorders at the same time. Taobao Flash Sale will also connect more than 1,000 offline stores, allowing customers to receive the new iPhone as fast as 30 minutes after ordering, according to Jiemian News. The report said this is Apple's first major expansion of its Tmall partnership since it entered the platform in 2014, and that Apple will place the largest share of its inventory on Tmall.
