LongbridgeAII'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

Axon Enterprise (NASDAQ:AXON) shares are trading sideways, finding support at the key $505 level. This price point has historically acted as both support and resistance. Recent market dynamics suggest a potential reversal higher as buyers step in to defend this pivotal level, signaling possible upward momentum for the stock.

Axon Enterprise, Inc. (NASDAQ:AXON) shares are trading sideways Wednesday. They have found support at an important price level. They may even be about to reverse and head higher. This is why we have made Axon the Stock of the Day.

Successful traders understand market dynamics and principles. One is that certain price levels matter more than others.

As you can see on the chart, the $505 level has been important for Axon. Over the past year, it has served as both support and resistance.

In March 2025, the stock was trending lower. More shares were for sale than being bought. Sellers were forced to undercut each other to attract buyers. This forced the shares into a downtrend.

When they reached the $505 level, the buyers came out of the woodwork. Sellers could sell all they wanted to without pushing the price lower.

After the shares rallied, some of those who sold decided their decision was a mistake. Some decided to buy their shares back if they could do so at their selling price.

When the shares dropped back to $505 in July 2025, they placed buy orders. These orders created support.

After support broke, many people who bought shares at it regretted doing so. Some decided to exit their positions at breakeven if possible. When the shares rallied back to $505 in June, they placed sell orders. These orders created resistance.

Now this important level is support again.

When the resistance at $505 broke, some people who sold there regretted it and decided to buy their shares back if they could get them at the same price they sold them for.

Now that Axon is back to $505, they are placing buy orders. They have created support.

Good traders know some price levels matter more than others. Axon’s chart shows a clear example of this.
