# Longbridge Lifetime $0 Commission

#### **1\. Event Duration**

The end date will be based on the official website announcement.

#### **2\. Eligibility**

1\. This event is only open to users who are 18 years or older and hold a Hong Kong identity card.  
2\. Users must register using a Hong Kong mobile phone number and log in to the LongBridge App with a Hong Kong IP address during the event period.

#### **3\. Event Rules Overview**

-   New Account Users

Users who successfully open an account and have a net transfer of assets equivalent to HKD 10,000 or more during the event period will enjoy lifetime commission-free trading on Hong Kong and U.S. stocks.

-   Existing Account Users

Users who have previously opened an account and have a net transfer of assets equivalent to USD 10,000 or more during the event period will enjoy lifetime commission-free trading on Hong Kong and U.S. stocks.

#### **4\. Reward Distribution Instructions**

The commission-free reward will be issued in the form of a coupon to "My Coupons" within three working days after meeting the requirements, and will be automatically activated and take effect the next day.

> The amount will be calculated based on Hong Kong dollars; for cash transfers involving currency conversion, a fixed exchange rate of USD to HKD 1:7.78 will be used. Funds deposited in RMB will not be counted.
> 
> Net transfer = Cash and stocks transferred in - Cash and stocks transferred out;
> 
> Commission-free trading on Hong Kong and U.S. stocks does not apply to IPO dark pools, U.S. stock options, etc.

##### **5\. Other Terms and Conditions**
