訂單被拒原因，一般有如下幾點：

-   超過 30 天內日均成交量 10% 的美國股票交易的訂單會被系統拒絕
-   股價等於或低於 5 美元的股票的限價訂單價格變動幅度最高為 10%，每隻在 5 美元到 50 美元的股票最高到 5%，
-   股價高於 50 美元的股票的限價訂單價格變動最高幅度為 3%。
-   融資購買力不足或賣出股票數量不足  
-   非常規時間段提交市價單
