Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited reported that it has now met the resumption guidance required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for restoring trading in its shares. The company has cleared its backlog of financial disclosures by publishing audited annual results for 2023 and 2024, as well as unaudited interim results for the first half of 2024 and 2025, and has set out plans to address prior audit qualifications.

The group has appointed CCTH CPA Limited as its new auditor, which has already commenced audit work for the 2025 financial year. Management plans to complete and release the 2025 annual results, the 2025 annual report, and the 2026 interim results and report by 31 August 2026, a timetable that underpins its assertion that the key resumption condition relating to financial reporting has been fulfilled and could pave the way for trading in the shares to resume, subject to regulatory decisions.
